SEVEN Services was born from the real experience of someone who lived the same challenges as its clients.
When he arrived in Portugal, Danilo Jesus faced the same difficulties that thousands of immigrants face every day: bureaucracy, contradictory information, slow processes and the feeling of being alone in an unfamiliar system.
While many were told that certain processes were impossible or would take years, Danilo decided to find the answers on his own. In a short time he organised all of his personal paperwork — and began helping family, friends and acquaintances do the same.
One case stood out. Back then, a foreigner was banned from driving for six months after arriving, until they had a Portuguese licence — something that depended on the residence permit and could take years. «Impossible,» everyone said. Danilo exchanged his Brazilian licence for a Portuguese one without a residence permit, before many people who already had one. It was proof that the problem wasn’t the law: it was the lack of someone who knew how to read it.
What began as informal help became a mission: to simplify immigrants’ lives through correct information, transparent guidance and close support.
In August 2022, SEVEN Services was born. The office started simply — a desk, a printer and a lot of determination. Within a few months it was already serving hundreds of clients.
Today SEVEN Services keeps growing, with three locations in Portugal, but it holds to the same principle it began with: to treat each client the way we would have liked to be treated when we arrived in Portugal.

To take the weight of bureaucracy off the shoulders of those who chose to live in Portugal.
No one should lose their job, their sleep or their money over paperwork. Our work is simple to say and hard to do well: to solve it, honestly, from start to finish — so you can focus on your life, not on your documents.

We believe every client deserves honest guidance — even when that means saying no. We would rather lose a deal than put someone at risk with illegal or temporary solutions.
Our commitment isn’t to sell services. It’s to help people make the right decisions to build a solid life in Portugal. That’s why we analyse each case individually, explain the risks, show the alternatives and support our clients at every step.

How we work
Online first. No commuting.
We know you can’t take time off work to deal with something we’re here to solve. That’s why our focus is online service: just ask, and we handle everything without you having to come to the office. We have clients we supported from the NIF all the way to Portuguese citizenship and never met in person — only by their WhatsApp photo. And those who prefer in person have three locations waiting.
We understand before we act.
Many clients come asking for one thing when, in reality, they need another. It would be easy to sell them what they asked for. We don’t do that. We listen, diagnose and deliver what they actually need.
Every case has an owner.
You won’t tell your story to five different people or get lost in the middle of the process. Every case has one person responsible, who accompanies you from the first contact to resolution.
